Please see below to make sure you are properly registered for tryouts!

GENERAL INFO:

1. REGISTRATION > If you are not yet registered for the BHS Lacrosse Booster Club Off Season Program and only wish to participate in the Spring, please click here to register:   [It is important that parents/players register as soon as possible, to ensure you receive all future communications from Coaches, Team Managers, & Booster Board. ]
    
2.  PARTICIPATION SURVEY > Players must have a completed BHS Student Athletic Participation Form on file with the school prior to first day of tryouts. 
   After a parent completes the BHS Online School Registration (Spring 2022) and gives their child permission to participate in Athletics at BHS, students can complete their survey by following these steps:
   - Player to LOGIN to your student Infinite Campus Account
   - STUDENT VIEW
   - CLICK "Message Center"
   - OPEN survey tab & CLICK on the 22-23 ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION survey, select Lacrosse as spring sport.
   - SUBMIT the survey when done. 
   After submitting, you can confirm what you entered by going into Infinite Campus > (MORE / STUDENT AGREEMENTS).  Parents can also view status within their IC account per above. NOTE: it may take 15 mins to appear
   If you selected the wrong sport or forgot to select a sport, please email Mrs. Ray, LRay@barrington220.org, for assistance.
    
3. SPORTS PHYSICAL > Players must also must have a completed sports physical tab on file prior to tryouts.
   Please check the Health Tab on the Portal to make sure your physical is up to date by checking your Infinite Campus select >> MORE / HEALTH / IMMUNIZATIONS and at the bottom of this Immunizations page, you will see the date of last sports physical.  (Sports Physicals are good for 13 months and physicals cannot expire during our season).  Please email Sports Physicals to Lray@barrington220.org or fax to the Athletic Director's office 847-381-2978
    

4. TRANSPORTATION >  Players/Parents are responsible for their own transportation to and from Tryouts at Canlan Sportsplex.  All players must have completed District 220 Athletic Transportation Waiver.  Click Here to Download form.  Please bring your completed(printed & signed by parent) form to 2/25/23 Equipment Pickup Day.  

5. ATHLETIC LOCKER > Players will need BHS purchased locks for the athletic lockers to store their gear during the season.   
   If you do not have, they can be purchased for $15 in the Athletic Director's office.  Player can pay via BHS Lunch Card or Cash

6. EQUIPMENT > Mandatory BHS Equipment Distribution 
   All players must use school-provided helmets and shoulder pads for all school-sanctioned games and practices.  Players who are in possession of school-owned equipment and/or BHS jersey or pinnie must bring those items to check in.   All pinnies/jerseys/gear MUST BE WASHED prior to returning. We will ensure that all eligible players have the necessary equipment. 
   *MANDATORY FOR PICKUP --ALL PLAYERS - Need to bring signed District 220 Transportation Waiver.  CLICK HERE to download form, print, parent signature required.
    

   Equipment Player Provides:
   - 2 lax sticks
   - Cup
   - Elbow Pads
   - 2 Mouth Guards
   - Cleats
   - Gloves (*Frosh/New Players Only- funded by boosters)
