CROSSFIT PRESEASON '22 TRAINING DETAILS

It's Time To Get BIGGER, FASTER STRONGER!!!

Back by popular demand, we are extremely excited to kick off the pre-season with CrossFit Barrington (CFB) strength training to prep for the 2022 season!

The pre-season strength training is sponsored by the Booster Club and is open to all levels of the lacrosse program.  Coach Niven strongly encourages the boys to participate. This training is for BHS Lax players only and each player is responsible for his own transportation.

You can sign up on a class by class basis (up to three days in advance of the class) for either the 10:15am or 11:15am class. Due to COVID restrictions, all participants must wear a mask and there’s a maximum of 25 players per 1 hour training block. That may change as restrictions are lifted. Players are responsible for their own transportation.

LOCATION:  CFB 28066 W. Commercial Ave. #8, Lake Barrington, IL 60010 (off of Pepper Road)  

TIME(s):  2 one hour sessions offered/Sunday
10:15am - 11:15am
11:15am - 12:15pm

*IMPORTANT: CrossFit Barrington Waiver must be completed prior to player participation.
